Lab Flour Mill LSM20 is one of the main lab instruments to have a comprehensive evaluation to the wheat milling quality. By flour milling test, it can evaluate the flour extraction rate and make a general flour milling evaluation to provide guidance basis for large-scale commercial flour milling plant. Features
- Feeding system: there are two feeding systems-break and reduction.
- Milling system: break system is fluted tooth roller which includes three sections 1B, 2B, 3B and reduction system is blasted smooth roller which includes three sections 1C, 2C, 3C.
- Sifting system: its function is to sift and classify the materials after milling to get 1B powder, 2B powder, 3B powder, 1C powder, 2C powder, 3C powder, bran and fine bran, eight materials in total.
